Some people prefer the quiet, more tranquil pace of the country, or suburbs, but maybe because I grew up in a city, I actually really like the bustle of activity and the seemingly frantic pace of life.
I did my university studies in Newcastle, and compared to the more metropolitan urban centres, it is a lot more laid back. I loved the time I spent there, and I also found love there, but there is something in me that will always make me love the urban chaos too.
There will come a time when I have to leave the comforts of the urbanity behind and move to a quieter place, and truthfully, I am uncertain about how I would adjust. But while I am here, I will enjoy every moment of my life in the city.

I had preordered Re-ment’s Pretty Placings a few months ago and finally received them last week (I’d ordered 2 complete sets). This series is probably my favourite so far – there’s so many useful and adorable items! The pink boots are perfect for Blythe feet, and the furniture and toys are just the right size for my Lati twins. ^___^

My dear vintage Tiny Betsy McCall has been neglected since arriving home a few months ago, but she finally got a new dress to call her own! ^___^
I’d bought this dress from a talented knitted and I think the colour suits little Betsy well, don’t you?
